These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and the operator of 77apk ("77apk", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://77apk.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 77apk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the 77apk platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or policies published in connection with individual promotions, game products, or payment methods. In the event of any conflict, the specific product or promotion terms shall take precedence over these general Terms for that specific matter only.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and use the 77apk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 77apk strictly enforces its minimum age policy and conducts age verification checks during registration and prior to processing withdrawals.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and representatives acting on behalf of third parties are not eligible to register a personal Account.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded Player on the 77apk platform or on any responsible gaming registry applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of 77apk or any of its affiliated companies, technology suppliers, or payment processors, unless written permission has been granted by 77apk management.
6. You must access the Platform only from a jurisdiction where doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of your access and play.

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the 77apk platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account closure.

When registering an Account on 77apk, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registered information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your Account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account.
• Notify 77apk support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

77apk reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

77apk reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of 77apk and does not constitute an obligation to provide Services.

All financial transactions on the 77apk platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 77apk supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. Minimum amounts may be updated from time to time and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
2. Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. 77apk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4. Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours under normal operating conditions (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
5. Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 77apk reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals to a different method.
6. Matched Name Requirement: The name registered on your 77apk Account must match the name on your bank account or e-wallet. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
7. Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum wagering turnover equivalent to one (1x) the deposited amount must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved. This applies to real-money deposits. Bonus-related turnover requirements are separate and are governed by Clause 6.
8. Right to Withhold: 77apk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an identity verification check, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold via the registered email address.

77apk offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement) that must be met before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games on the 77apk platform contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement.
3. Minimum Odds: Free bet and sports bonus wagering requirements typically require bets to be placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Bets placed at lower odds will not qualify toward the wagering contribution unless otherwise stated.
4. Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not converted to real-money balance within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotion may be active on a Player's Account at any given time unless 77apk explicitly states otherwise. Players who attempt to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may have the duplicate bonus removed without notice.
6. Abuse Prevention: 77apk employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion constitute bonus abuse and are grounds for the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses and the permanent closure of the relevant Account(s).
7. 77apk Discretion: 77apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an Account at the time of the change, except where fraud or system error is involved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77apk platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other Account-related process.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the 77apk platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to 77apk immediately and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in coordinated betting strategies (also known as match-fixing, syndicate betting, or scalping) intended to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or in collusion with other players.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising tool with the intention of circumventing geographic restrictions or bonus eligibility rules.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have not been properly authorised by their owner.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive toward 77apk staff, support agents, or other users of the Platform.

All content published on the 77apk platform — including but not limited to the 77apk brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and game content — is the exclusive property of 77apk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without the prior written consent of 77apk.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the 77apk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by 77apk.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.

Game software and content supplied by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by 77apk under licence. Your use of those games is additionally subject to the terms imposed by those studios as communicated through the Platform interface.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77apk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly disclaim all warranties — whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the Platform and Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

77apk does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In no event shall 77apk be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if 77apk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses resulting from system outages, third-party payment processor failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond 77apk's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 77apk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

77apk is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by 77apk is governed by the 77apk Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with us.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting 77apk support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77apk holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77apk, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an agreed arbitral body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from applying to a court of competent jurisdiction for emergency injunctive relief where necessary to prevent imminent harm.

77apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via the registered email address or a platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting support.
